    Protocol Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Protocol Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing official protocols, guest relations, and administrative support services within the hospital. The role ensures smooth reception and movement of VIPs, visitors, consultants, government officials, and special guests while maintaining professionalism and the hospital’s corporate image at all times.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate and manage protocol activities for hospital executives, visiting consultants, dignitaries, and special guests.
    • Receive and attend to VIP patients, government officials, partners, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Arrange logistics, transportation, accommodation, and hospitality services for official visitors when required.
    • Ensure proper scheduling and coordination of executive meetings, events, conferences, and official engagements.
    • Maintain strong guest relations and ensure a positive experience for all visitors to the hospital.
    • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth handling of official events and visits.
    • Supervise and coordinate front-facing activities relating to protocol and hospitality services.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards, and professional ethics during all protocol engagements.
    • Assist in organizing corporate events, training sessions, seminars, and management functions.
    • Manage and monitor the cleanliness, readiness, and presentation of reception and VIP areas.
    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Prepare reports and maintain records relating to protocol activities and official visits.
    • Perform other administrative or protocol-related duties as assigned by management.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Public Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in protocol, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Lead Biomedical Engineer

    • Supervise the installation, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair of all biomedical and diagnostic equipment.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all hospital equipment.

    Store Keeper

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Store Keeper is responsible for the proper receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory management of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, consumables, and other hospital items. The role ensures accurate stock control, proper documentation, and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards to support efficient healthcare service delivery.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming drugs, medical supplies, and other store items against approved documentation.
    • Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products and consumables in line with safety and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records for all stock movements including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
    • Issue drugs, consumables, and medical supplies to authorized departments and personnel as approved.
    • Monitor stock levels and promptly report low stock, expired products, or damaged items to management.
    • Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory reconciliation.
    • Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and cleanliness of the store at all times.
    • Monitor expiry dates and ensure First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) or First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedures are followed.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports as required.
    • Maintain proper documentation of store transactions and filing of records.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, pharmacy regulations, and safety procedures.
    • Assist during internal and external stock audits.
    • Prevent loss, theft, pilferage, or misuse of inventory items.
    • Coordinate with procurement and pharmacy teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy Technician Studies, or related field.
    • Previous experience in hospital, pharmacy, or warehouse/store management is an added advantage.
    • Good knowledge of inventory and stock management procedures.
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    Medical Laboratory Scientist

    The Medical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for conducting laboratory tests and analyses that aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. The role involves operating laboratory equipment, analyzing specimens, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with professional and regulatory standards to support effective patient care.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collect, process, analyze, and interpret laboratory specimens including blood, urine, stool, and other body fluids.
