Role Description

• The Senior iOS Developer will design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications, ensuring robust performance, usability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementing new features, and optimizing existing functionality. The role involves writing clean, testable code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and staying current with iOS frameworks, tools, and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable mobile products and support ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in iOS Development and iOS frameworks (e.g., Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI).
• Candidates should possess skills in Mobile Application Development and Mobile Applications architecture and lifecycle.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Candidates should possess experience with app integration using APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with App Store submission processes, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Relevant experience in leading or mentoring development teams and contributing to technical decisions is beneficial.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Banking or fintech experience is a plus.
