    Receptionist

    JOB SUMMARY

    • As the Front Desk / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, staff, vendors, and clients. This role requires a well-groomed, organized, and customer-oriented individual who can create a professional and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the smooth running of daily front-desk and administrative operations.
    • The ideal candidate must be proactive, calm under pressure, and possess strong communication skills. You will also serve as a liaison between departments and external visitors, making sure every interaction reflects the company's high standards of hospitality and brand image.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Welcome and attend to guests, clients, vendors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
    • Manage all incoming calls, messages, and email correspondence; route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
    • Maintain a neat, organized, and inviting reception area that aligns with brand standards.
    • Coordinate visitor schedules, meeting room bookings, and ensure guests are properly hosted.
    • Receive, log, and distribute packages, mails, and office correspondence.
    • Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue visitor tags/passes, and ensure compliance with company security protocols.
    • Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and scheduling.
    • Assist HR, Admin, and other departments with clerical tasks and event coordination as needed.
    • Monitor front office supplies and raise requisitions for replenishment when necessary.
    • Follow and enforce front office procedures, policies, and protocols.

    Requirements

    • OND or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication, or any relevant discipline.
    • 1–2 years of experience in a front-desk, receptionist, customer-facing, or administrative support role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

    Raw Material Personnel

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Raw Material Personnel is a critical role responsible for ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of all raw materials used in production. This position demands high levels of accuracy, organization, and physical stamina to support production schedules and inventory control processes. The role involves close collaboration with the production, procurement, warehouse, and audit teams to maintain material integrity, reduce wastage, and enforce stock discipline.
    • This role is suited for a detail-focused individual eager to develop expertise in inventory management, ERP system utilization, and production support within a manufacturing environment.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receive and inspect raw materials shipments to verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
    • Store raw materials safely and systematically in designated areas to maintain organization and prevent damage.
    • Issue raw materials to production lines based on approved work orders and requisitions.
    • Update and reconcile inventory records using the ERP system (e.g., ODDO) to ensure accuracy.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and support monthly and quarterly physical stock audits.
    • Monitor stock for discrepancies, damages, and expiry; report issues promptly to management.
    • Collaborate with production and procurement teams to forecast material requirements and avoid stock outs.
    • Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

    Requirements

    • OND or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or production support roles.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably ODDO) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

    Design Lead

    JOB SUMMARY

    • This role is ideal for a highly creative and strategic fashion design professional who thrives in a leadership position. As the Design Lead, you will be responsible for setting the creative tone for collections, managing the design process end-to-end, and overseeing a team of designers and technical staff. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to interpret brand vision into trend-aligned and commercially viable collections while ensuring the designs are production-ready and meet quality benchmarks.

    Requirements

    WHAT TO HAVE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion industry, with at least 2 years in a design leadership or supervisory role.
    • A strong portfolio that showcases both creative direction and commercially successful designs.
    • Proficiency in fashion design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D or similar 3D prototyping software.
    • Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and product development.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple timelines and cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give and receive creative feedback.
    • A deep understanding of current fashion trends, seasonal market shifts, and consumer behavior.
