As the Front Desk / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, staff, vendors, and clients. This role requires a well-groomed, organized, and customer-oriented individual who can create a professional and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the smooth running of daily front-desk and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, calm under pressure, and possess strong communication skills. You will also serve as a liaison between departments and external visitors, making sure every interaction reflects the company's high standards of hospitality and brand image.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and attend to guests, clients, vendors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
Manage all incoming calls, messages, and email correspondence; route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
Maintain a neat, organized, and inviting reception area that aligns with brand standards.
Coordinate visitor schedules, meeting room bookings, and ensure guests are properly hosted.
Receive, log, and distribute packages, mails, and office correspondence.
Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue visitor tags/passes, and ensure compliance with company security protocols.
Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and scheduling.
Assist HR, Admin, and other departments with clerical tasks and event coordination as needed.
Monitor front office supplies and raise requisitions for replenishment when necessary.
Follow and enforce front office procedures, policies, and protocols.
Requirements
OND or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Mass Communication, or any relevant discipline.
1–2 years of experience in a front-desk, receptionist, customer-facing, or administrative support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Calm, approachable, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Smart appearance and professional demeanor always.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
