Reports To Operations Manager / Factory Manager

Supervises Assemblers, Installers, Helpers

Job Purpose

To manage final assembly and on-site installations, ensuring all furniture is correctly fitted, aligned, functional, and damage-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise final assembly of modular furniture
• Ensure all fittings, hinges, slides, and fasteners are secure
• Coordinate loading, handling, and protection of items
• Lead on-site installation teams and customer handovers
• Resolve fitting or alignment issues on-site
• Ensure installations follow drawings and client specifications
• Capture and report site feedback or defects
• Enforce professionalism and customer etiquette

KPIs

• Installation error rate
• Customer complaints post-installation
• Time spent per installation
• Damage incidents during handling

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong furniture assembly experience
• Site coordination and client-facing skills
• Problem-solving ability
