Role overview

• The Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of structural works across construction projects.
• The role ensures compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Provide technical support during project planning, bidding, and execution.
• Supervise structural works on-site and ensure adherence to approved designs.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve structural and construction-related issues.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review material specifications and construction methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• COREN registration is required.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in structural design and construction supervision.
• Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and related engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundation design.
