    Driver

    Job Summary

    • As a driver, you must have a safe driving record, follow all state and national driving laws, rules, and regulations.
    • In this position, you will follow prearranged routes to destinations or use maps and GPS to navigate routes. 
    • You will also maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Practice safe driving habits
    • Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
    • Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions
    • Open vehicle doors and assist staff member
    • Keep exterior of vehicle clean and presentable
    • Maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety
    • Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed
    • Keep interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter
    • Load and unload vehicle
    • Complete documentation such as logs, mileage reports
    • Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an FSLC qualification with 5-10 years work experience.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Demonstrate safe driving practices
    • Able to follow verbal directions, read maps, follow GPS
    • Able to work well alone

    Head, Recovery Department

    Job Description

    • Debt Recovery Manager in Victoria Island, Lagos, is responsible for overseeing and leading the debt recovery process, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and maximizing the recovery of outstanding debts through various strategies. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of the debt recovery process, including contacting debtors, negotiating repayment plans, and pursuing legal action when necessary.
    • Develop and implement debt recovery strategies and policies, ensuring they align with company objectives and legal requirements.
    • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of debt recovery officers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
    • Continuously review and improve debt recovery processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
    • Ensure all debt recovery activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to debt recovery, analyze trends, and generate reports to management.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as credit managers and legal counsel, as well as external stakeholders, such as debt collectors and collection agencies.
    • Effectively negotiate with debtors to reach mutually agreeable repayment plans, and communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved.
    • Execute all asset recovery logistics, including identifying, valuing, and recovering assets to satisfy outstanding debts.
    • Select and manage an effective process of outsourcing seriously past due accounts.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 7 - 10 years work experience.

    Investment Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Compile and profile names of individuals/companies that fit the target market description
    • Facilitate meetings, for presenting our services offerings.
    • Achieve set cluster meeting targets
    • Coordinate at the team level, the development and execution of all market strategies.
    • Facilitate conversion of prospects including follow up of individuals, group/clusters, companies and achieve set conversion targets.
    • Upselling of pre-qualified retail clients to other services
    • Actively manage client relationship- portfolio monitoring, reporting, feedback and overall client engagement.
    • Obtain referrals from clients in line with the targets set for the team
    • Generate weekly/monthly reports on progress of conversion of prospects

    Key Performance Metrics

    • N150M Investment mobilization monthly, Minimum of 12 accounts conversion
    • Identification of minimum of 10 Companies for B2B Marketing
    • Identification of a minimum of 20 prospects per month (120)
    • Minimum of 4 leads through referral per month (24)
    • Weekly update of marketing report – Every Friday
    • Pre and post call memo for all calls – Daily
    • Comprehensive monthly report on all marketing activities – First working day of the following month
    • Portfolio position reporting to clients on a monthly & quarterly basis – Two working days after month end.
