Order Fullfillment and Dispatch Officer at Pronghorn Company Ltd

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Order Fulfillment and Dispatch Officer to ensure our customers receive their orders efficiently and on time. You will be responsible for end-to-end order processing, logistics coordination, and delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call leads, confirm orders, and schedule deliveries
• Coordinate with the Inventory Officer to pack customer orders accurately
• Liaise with logistics and transport companies for dispatch
• Track all packages from the moment they leave the facility until successful delivery to the customer
• Monitor and document orders fulfilled by each logistics partner across different states
• Confirm transfer remittance from logistics partners
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched and delivered orders
• Resolve delivery issues and provide timely updates to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in order fulfillment, dispatch, or logistics
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with delivery tracking systems is an advantage
• Must be resident in Abuja
