Bike Riders at VS Logistics

Requirements:

• Must own or have access to an Android phone or a phone with active internet/data access
• Must know how to read and navigate using Google Maps and other map applications
• Must be courteous, respectful, and pleasant with customers
• Good knowledge of roads and locations within the city
• Must possess a valid rider’s permit/licence
• Must be physically fit and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Must be punctual, honest, and responsible
• Ability to communicate properly with customers and team members
• Must have good time management and delivery skills
• Previous logistics or dispatch experience is an added advantage
• Must understand basic record keeping for deliveries and payments
• Ability to handle customers’ packages with care and professionalism
• Must be willing to resume immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parcels promptly and safely
• Maintain proper communication with customers during deliveries
• Ensure accurate delivery of items to the correct locations
• Follow company procedures and delivery schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of the assigned bike
