    Customer Success Lead

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
    • Guide customers through onboarding, training, and product adoption to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
    • Monitor customer accounts to identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and effectively, liaising with internal teams when necessary.
    • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to improve offerings.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, activities, and account status.
    • Analyze customer usage patterns and generate reports to support decision-making.
    • Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive retention, renewals, and advocacy.
    • Ensure customers are aware of new features, updates, and best practices to maximize value.

    Business Development Executive

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
    • Negotiate contracts and close business deals in line with company goals.
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.
    • Meet and exceed set sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
