    Logistics & Haulage Officer

    Unit: TREFONICS

    Reports to: Head Of Admin and Logistics

    Main Function

    The logistics and Oilage Officer is responsible for making sure products reach their destinations safely, securely, and on-time.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
    • Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
    • Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
    • Review transportation costs to keep working costs low
    • Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
    • Assess the logistics team by reviewing their functions, roles and distributions of tasks and responsibilities;
    • Support and advise on logistic operations
    • Issue equipment and supplies and maintain updated inventory records
    • use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle
    • Manage orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
    • Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
    • Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
    • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
    • work on new supply strategies
    • Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
    • Prepare accurate invoices

    Account Officer

    Title of Job: Account and Finance Officer

    Unit: Account

    Reports to: Head of  Account

    Main Function

    The Account and Finance Officer shall assist in overseeing the financial transactions of the company, developing budgets, monitoring transactions, and preparing financial reports.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
    • Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
    • Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
    • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
    • Contribute to financial audits.
    • Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
    • Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
    • Prepare balance sheets and invoices.
    • Review both incoming and outgoing invoices.
    •  Process accounts payable and receivable
    • Utilize database software to organize financial account information.
    • Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
    • Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
    • Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time.

    Competencies/Skills

    • Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
    •  Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
    • Experience using accounting software, such as Xero
    • Knowledge of financial regulations
    •  Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
    • Good  knowledge of Microsoft word,  Excel and Power  Point
    • Microsoft Offices ( word, excel, power point)
    • Time Management
    • Ability to learn fast and maintain confidentiality

    Qualifications/Experience
