    Executive Sales Manager

    Scope

    • An Executive Sales Manager is responsible for selling a company's products/solutions by identifying leads, educating prospects on products/solutions through calls, training, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
    • Our ideal candidate will generate and qualify leads, source and develop client referrals, prepare sales action plans, strategies, and schedule sales. He or she will be responsible for driving partnerships with corporate organizations in all sectors.

    Primary Relationships:

    • Reports to: CEO
    • Manages: Business Development Officer.

    Essential Job Functions
    Management:

    • Managing organizational sales by developing a business that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
    • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
    • Coordinating with marketing and business development unit on lead generation.
    • Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
    • Track sales goals and report results as necessary.

    Knowledge and Opportunity:

    • Provide each customer with a unique solution for every customer in order to enhance top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

    Strategy:

    • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

    Operation & Leadership:

    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
    • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback
    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

    Growth and Development:

    • Meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • M.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is an added advantage.
    • 7-10 years of Industrial experience in sales.
    • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    • A commitment to excellent customer service.
    • Experience in making presentations
    • Knowledge of customer service principles
    • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed sales quotas

    Senior Finance Manager

    Scope

    • The primary task of a Senior Finance Manager, among other job responsibilities, is to prepare, examine and manage financial information and or records.
    • You will make sure that records are accurate and that taxes are paid properly and on time. You will perform an overview of the financial operations of the business in order to help it run efficiently.

    Job Purpose

    • We are hiring for the post of a Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial activities of the company, supervising, tracking, evaluating, and making strategic inputs in the daily accounting activities in the finance department, delivering an accounting and financial system that meets company needs and at par with global standards.

    Job Responsibilities
    Strategic:

    • Provide strategic financial leadership and ensure accuracy of business planning, financial analysis, and forecasting, accounting and budgeting, cost and revenue management, fixed asset accounting, tax, and risk management
    • Lead the initiation and implementation of financial strategies and policies in accordance with board-approved priorities.
    • Responsible for business strategy and financial policies, procedures, and systems.
    • Review working capital/cash flow requirements on a regular basis.
    • Develops plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial results to guide management decisions.

    Finance & Reconciliation:

    • Monitor banking activities and ensure regular reconciliations of all transactions.
    • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
    • Ensure the development and implementation of finance and accounting policies, procedures, and processes in line with leading practices and accounting standards.
    • Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
    • Provide auditing services for our businesses
    • Develop ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits.

    Management:

    • Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major targets, month-end, and year-end reports, cash receipts, tax computations, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, account statement reconciliations, cash forecasting are completed accurately and on time.
    • Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors.
    • Manage risks and returns on the company's financial resources, constantly seeking to maximize shareholder’s investment.

    Operation & Leadership:

    • Ensure availability of adequate funding required for the company’s short and long-term operations and in line with financial policies.
    • Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
    • Coordinate regulatory and supervisory functions and manage relationships with regulatory and statutory bodies.
    • Ensure adequate controls are installed and maintained to cover all financial transactions, including safeguarding financial assets.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with various organizations and utilize those relationships to strategically enhance the organization’s mission.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • ICAN(ACA)/ACCA certified.
    • MBA will be an added advantage.
    • 7-10 years experience in Accounting and Finance related fields, 3 years of which must be in a strategic and senior position.
    • Experience in a fundraiser project will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
    • Exceptional mathematical skills.
    • Proficiency with computers, especially accounting soft-wares and MS Office suite.
    • High level of efficiency and accuracy.
    • Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.

    Project Manager

    Position Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects. The Project Manager will be in charge of ensuring our teams complete all projects on time and within budget.
    • He or she will prevent scope creep while also managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
    • As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

    • Coordinate internal resources (cross-discipline team members) and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

    Technical Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all the technical aspects of the project
    • Identify the technical resources needed for the project and coordinate with key stakeholders to have those resources in place.
    • Assign and monitor the work of technical personnel
    • Maintain technical alignment with key stakeholders
    • Ensure all technical devices or platforms used by the team are in their top shape at all times
    • Measure project performance using appropriate project management systems, tools, and techniques to identify areas of improvement.

    Requirements and Skills

    • A Master's in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
    • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
    • 5-8 years of project management and related experience
    • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering, or business management since ours is a technical project manager
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
    • Proven working experience as a project administrator/manager in the information technology sector preferably
    • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • A team player and have a problem-solving aptitude
    • A background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis is important.
