JOB SUMMARY
Kuhl-Cher Limited is recruiting high potential graduates for the Project Management Leadership Development Program, at FoodCo Nigeria Limited, a leading multichannel retail company in Nigeria. This program provides hands-on exposure to planning, executing, and monitoring business projects across retail, FMCG, and manufacturing operations. Graduates will gain practical experience in project coordination, resource management, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to develop the next generation of project leaders.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive graduate who is passionate about delivering results through structured planning and teamwork. A business-curious, analytical, and resilient, graduate able to navigate multiple projects in a fast-paced retail or manufacturing environment. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, communicate effectively, and are eager to develop your leadership skills while contributing to impactful business projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects across departments
- Support project managers in monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards for management decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Learn to use project management software and tools to track progress and performance
- Understudy project managers to develop both technical and leadership skills
- Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and process improvements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree / Higher National Diploma in Project Management, Business
- Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years post-NYSC experience
- Age limit: 27 years
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2) are an added advantage
TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to track, analyze, and report project data
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is an advantage
