    Branch Internal Control Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review cash, vault, and teller transactions for proper authorization
    • Monitor GL proofs, suspense accounts, and cash mcwements
    • Examine customer account operations and KYC documentation
    • Review loan disbursements. collateral documentation. and delinquency trends
    • Monitor e•channel transactions and reconcile settlement discrepancies
    • Conduct spot checks on branch assets and ensure policy compliance
    • Prepare internal control reports and follow up on audit exceptions

    Requirements:

    • BSc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
    • years' experience in internal control, branch operations, or audit within a financial institution
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Povver Bl. and automated monitoring tools
    • Strong understanding of credit, cash, funds transfer, and operational controls
    • High integrity, attention to detail, and analytical ability
    • Certifications such as ACA ACCA C18N, or CISA are an added advantage

    Cluster Head, Branch Internal Control

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise Branch Internal Control Officers and review control reports
    • Monitor GL proofs, reconciliations, and exception closures across branches
    • Ensure compliance With CBN, NDIC, AML/CFT, and KYC regulations
    • Oversee branch operations. credit documentation, and treasury activities
    • Identlfy control weaknesses and support fraud investigations
    • Coordinate audit responses and regulatory issue closures
    • Promote compliance awareness and ethical conduct among branch staff
    • Utilize tools like Power Bl and ACL for control automation and reporting

    Requirements:

    • BSc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
    • 6-8 years' experience in internal control. audit, or compliance in financial services
    • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
    • Strong knoNledge of branch operations, credit, CL prcx)fing. and regulatory compliance
    • Proficiency in control automation tools (ACL, Bl, Excel) professional certifications such as ACA ACCA CIBN, CISA, CANS, or CFE are highly desirable

You will play a critical role in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of our applications.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated code deployment and testing.
    • Manage and optimize on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., Nutanix, AWS, Azure) for scalability and cost-efficiency.
    • Automate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
    • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software lifecycle.
    • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure uptime and reliability.
    • Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all environments.
    • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
    • Strong proficiency with On-premises and cloud platforms (e.g., Nutanix, AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure Dev ops, Jenkins, CircleCI).
    • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
    • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code principles (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
    • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to automation.
    • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Kubernetes Administrator are a plus.
