Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptual design, design development, presentations, consultant coordination, and supporting project delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and design development drawings.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings.
• Produce 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
• Support project documentation and construction implementation.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 1–3 years post-NYSC experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and technical competence.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• 3DS Max
• Adobe Illustrator

Preferred:

• Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray
• InDesign
