Human Resources Officer at Uncle Stan's Foods

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support key HR functions including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of retail or QSR operations and can balance structure with speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
• Conduct onboarding and induction programs
• Maintain accurate employee records

Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps across departments
• Coordinate and organize training programs
• Maintain training records and calendars
• Support leadership and supervisory development

Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal processes
• Track KPIs and review documentation
• Assist with performance improvement plans
• Monitor attendance and productivity trends

Employee Engagement

• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts
• Promote positive workplace culture
• Support employee welfare programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 to 4 years HR experience
• Experience in retail, QSR, logistics, or service industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
