    Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary

    • We’re hiring an HR Manager to lead and scale our HR function in a growing renewable energy startup.
    • This role is ideal for someone with experience building HR systems from scratch and working in Chinese-led organizations.
    • You’ll work closely with leadership to drive people strategy, talent acquisition, compliance, performance, and culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with company growth.
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
    • Build performance management, L&D, and employee engagement frameworks.
    • Manage compensation, benefits, and attendance tracking systems.
    • Foster a collaborative culture and bridge cross-cultural team dynamics.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
    • CIPM or CIPD certification is required.
    • Minimum 6 years’ HR experience, with 2+ years in management.
    • Proven record building HR systems in startups.
    • Experience working with Chinese expatriate leadership is strongly preferred.
    • Solid knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

    Business Development Manager - Renewable Energy

    Summary

    • We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the renewable energy sector.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, market research, and lead generation, with a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, partners, and distributors for renewable energy solutions, building a strong sales pipeline. 
    • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct industry research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients to drive long-term business growth.
    • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with partners and clients.

    Qualifications
