    Human Resource / Admin Officer

    Responsibilities
    Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
    • Work with department heads to forecast staffing needs.

    Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.
    • Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Act as a mediator between employees and management.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance improvement.
    • Set KPIs and monitor employee performance.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
    • Organize workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer payroll and benefits programs.
    • Benchmark and review salary structures.
    • Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.

    HR Policy and Compliance:

    • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Manage employee records and documentation.

    Strategic HR Management:

    • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
    • Lead HR projects and initiatives such as diversity, wellness, and succession planning.
    • Prepare HR reports and present insights to senior management.

    Administrative Functions:

    • Oversee HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
    • Manage HR budgets and resources.
    • Coordinate internal communication and engagement activities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications like CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI preferred).
    • 2+ years of proven experience in HR management or similar roles.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office tools.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

    Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities
    Daily Operations Management:

    • Oversee opening and closing duties of the restaurant/lounge.
    • Monitor and coordinate front-of-house and bar operations.
    • Ensure tables, dining areas, and lounge sections are clean, organized, and properly set.

    Staff Supervision:

    • Assign duties and supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff.
    • Train new staff and ensure adherence to service standards.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or coaching as needed.

    Customer Service:

    • Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
    • Handle complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

    Inventory and Supplies:

    • Coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams for timely restocking.
    • Assist in managing and minimizing waste.

    Quality Control:

    • Ensure food and drinks meet presentation and quality standards.
    • Monitor adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
    • Conduct routine checks to maintain cleanliness and ambiance.

    Cash and POS Handling:

    • Supervise billing, payments, and cash handling procedures.
    • Ensure accuracy in the use of POS systems and customer transactions.

    Team Coordination and Reporting:

    • Communicate shift details, policies, and updates to team members.
    • Prepare shift reports and communicate with management on staff or customer issues.
    • Support in planning promotions or special events.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus).
    • Proven experience in a restaurant/lounge supervisory or team lead role.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

    Cashier

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Handle customer payments and issue receipts using a POS system.
    • Greet customers, process orders, and manage takeout/delivery payments.
    • Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
