We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy Digital Engagement & Content Manager who can manage platforms, create content, follow up on leads, support admin work, and use AI to build efficient systems.
Role Summary
This role focuses on organic growth only. No paid ads.You will be responsible for:
- Growing engagement on social platforms
- Creating high-quality content using your phone
- Managing conversations and leads
- Writing strong captions and messages
- Supporting admin tasks
- Using AI tools to create workflows and improve productivity
A very good smartphone (camera quality suitable for content creation) is a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Growth & Engagement
- Grow engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn
- Increase comments, saves, shares, DMs, and inbound leads
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
- Build online community and brand trust
- Monitor what content performs best and improve strategy
Content Creation (Phone Quality Is Critical)
- Create high-quality photos and videos using your phone
- Record reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, client content, and daily brand content
- Edit content using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.
- Maintain consistent posting across platforms
- Plan content calendars weekly
- Must own a very good smartphone with strong camera quality.
Writing & Communication
- Write strong captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling content
- Write professional messages for client communication
- Help with emails, proposals, internal documents, and SOPs
- Maintain brand voice across platforms
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Respond to inquiries and DMs promptly
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads
- Track leads and conversations
- Support booking and customer communication
Admin & Operations Support
- Support with documentation, organization, and workflows
- Help structure policies, processes, and internal systems
- Organize files, platforms, and content libraries
- Support daily operations when needed
AI Tools & Workflow Creation (Very Important)
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools for:
- Writing captions
- Creating scripts
- Drafting emails
- Content planning
- SOP writing
- Build simple workflows for:
- Content creation
- Lead follow-up
- Task management
- Productivity systems
- Continuously find smarter ways to work using AI
