Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Online Marketing Executive to elevate our digital presence and drive engagement across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with practical execution skills to promote our resort's unique offerings and enhance our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies aligned with our brand positioning and business objectives
• Manage and optimize the resort's digital presence across website, social media platforms, and online advertising channels
• Create compelling, on-brand content for various marketing channels including blogs, social media, and email newsletters
• Build and nurture relationships with media outlets and relevant influencers to generate positive coverage and brand awareness
• Oversee online advertising campaigns, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and performance analysis
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth
• Capture high-quality images and video content of guest experiences for use across marketing channels
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute special events and promotional activities
• Visit project sites at least once weekly to capture photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects
