    HR & Compliance Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, including but not limited to drafting job ads, reviewing and screening resumes, facilitating and conducting interviews, maintaining documentation
    • Engage in the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of Human Capital as a means to supporting current and future business needs
    • Implement, oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance
    • Monitor and apply training programs through the assessment of training needs
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, etc

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Proven working experience as HR Manager or Lead
    • Knowledge of HR systems, databases and metrics
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, etc
    • Strategic ability and excellent leadership acumen
    • Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities

    Construction Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Construction Phase Management - start to completion

    • Track and update Master Project Execution Plan (Time schedules) for all construction tasks
    • Provide comprehensive construction phase management which includes on-going full-time supervision, project management and inspection of work quality, review drawings, preparation of change orders, etc
    • Monitor Design Consultants’ work in the administration of plans and work specifications
    • Assist in provision of monthly Cash Flow forecasts for all the work tender packages
    • Review Contractors’ change order requests, advise Company on the validity of proposed changes and impact on schedules and/or cost
    • Monitor testing and inspection activities
    • Implement and maintain health, safety and environment standards at the site of the Project

    Construction Closes Out

    • Establish a handing over strategy, underlining the list of documents, drawings, test Certificates, Performance guarantee, warranty / guaranty cards etc
    • Assist, review and advise on completion and issuance of As‐Builts and Warranties
    • Assist in training the Operations and Facility Management teams in the operations and maintenance of the project
    • Produce post-project evaluation reports capturing all relevant lessons learned from the Project

    Requirements

    • Advanced degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction or related field
    • Minimum 10 years post-graduation experience in real estate, having managed the construction of a multi-storey building
    • Must have attained Management level in a real estate organization
    • Experience working in a client-side real estate development environment and mixed-use building
    • Experience both in Africa and outside Africa is an added advantage

    Leisure and Hospitality Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Drive leadership across all leisure and hospitality offerings within the company’s Group
    • Drive budgets, budgetary performance, financial management, revenue assurance and business reporting for the company’s Group
    • Be responsible for all stakeholder management and liaise with management and board members
    • Drive customer experience, synergies and cohesion and strategic partnerships for business growth
    • Be responsible for overall footfall strategy and the adoption of data and analytics in decision making across all hospitality offerings within the Group
    • Drive events and activities as well as UEPs (Unified Ecosystem Packages) with the Leisure and hospitality offerings

    Requirements

    • First degree/Advanced degrees in Hospitality or leisure. Advanced degree in financial management is an advantage
    • Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience in leisure and hospitality service delivery is a must
    • Out of country experience either through education or employment is a significant requirement

    Marketing and Sales Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating the Sales and Marketing activities for the company’s apartment section in line with sales targets
    • Providing accurate and timely responses to client enquiries with a view to converting enquiries to sales
    • Ensure that all promotional and pitch materials meet up with international quality standards
    • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
    • Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and paid campaigns
    • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

    Requirements:

    • First degree/ Advanced degrees accepted in Marketing or Sales related course
    • Minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience in Marketing, Real estate or Hospitality organization
    • Experience in property development or PR related organizations is a requirement

    Responsibilities:

    • Searching recruitment sources to find suitable candidates
    • Assist in the payroll processing to be supervised by Head of HR
    • Pro-actively provide administrative support including filing, phone and Internet payments, Fuel, car servicing and maintenance, Utility bills, etc

    • BSc degree in a Business, Human Resources or a relevant field

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement purchasing processes and procedures and recommend improvements
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation on all solicitations, responses, purchases, contracts, correspondence and related follow up

    Call Center Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for responding to all clients’ inbound calls and emails within 1 hour time frame
    • Addressing all complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
    • Keeping track record and reporting reoccurring issues amongst clients for risk management purposes
    • Perform periodic survey to determine clients’ satisfaction with company’s services and report feedback to the Operations Manager

    Requirements:

    • BSc degree in a relevant course of study
    • 2-3 years experience in similar role
