    Market Research & Business Intelligence Analyst

    Role Overview

    • The Market Research & BI Analyst will provide deep insights, data modelling, competitive intelligence, and market analysis to guide Tiki’s strategic decisions across corridor prioritization, product development, pricing, regulatory requirements, and market-entry strategy. This role strengthens data‑driven execution by supplying dashboards, forecasts, opportunity sizing, and performance analysis.

    Key Responsibilities

    Market Research & Intelligence

    • Track competitor activities including pricing, SLAs, product features, licensing, and market expansions.
    • Conduct continuous research on remittance trends: UK, EU, GCC, Africa and other markets that the business defines.
    • Build comprehensive country/corridor profiles covering diaspora flows, KYC rules, regulatory regimes, partner availability, FX trends, and TAM/SAM/SOM sizing.

    Data Analytics & Business Insights

    • Build dashboards (GMV, revenue, AOV, success rates, corridor mix, cost of funds, partner SLA data).
    • Identify growth opportunities, underperforming routes, pricing gaps, and operational bottlenecks.
    • Support forecasting models for MAUs, transaction volumes, CAC, retention, and corridor profitability.

    Strategy & Reporting

    • Prepare executive‑level insights on corridor rollout, partner performance, competitive benchmarks, and market shifts.
    • Provide data-backed recommendations for new corridors, partner prioritization, pricing changes, or compliance adjustments.
    • Monitor regulatory changes across EU/GCC/Africa/other markets as business needs require and summarize impact on business model.

    Internal Support

    • Support BD with partner comparative analysis.
    • Support Product development with data for feature prioritization and customer segmentation.
    • Support Marketing with insights on diaspora communities, demographic clusters, and channel performance.

    Requirements

    • 2–4+ years in market research, BI, analytics, or strategy (fintech/payments preferred).
    • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau).
    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Strong understanding of remittance economics, FX, mobile money, PSP infrastructure, and regulatory landscapes.
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills.

    Business Development & Partnerships Associate

    Role Overview

    • The Business Development & Partnerships Associate will drive the growth of Tiki’s corridor expansion strategy across the UK, EU, GCC, Africa and all other regions as business needs require. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic partnerships that enable payouts, collections, and compliance‑aligned expansion into new markets. You will work closely with product, compliance, market research and engineering to translate partnership opportunities into live corridors.

    Key Responsibilities

    Partnership Sourcing & Management

    • Identify and evaluate potential partners including PSPs, PIs/EMIs, IMTOs, banks, wallets, aggregators.
    • Work with compliance to conduct due diligence on partner capabilities, pricing, compliance posture, and payout rails.
    • Maintain a structured pipeline of partners across UK, EU, GCC, African markets and other regions, as business needs require.
    • Manage end‑to‑end partner onboarding with various stakeholders: scoping, documentation, integration coordination, UAT, and go‑live timelines.

    Market Expansion & Corridor Development

    • Support expansion into priority corridors (e.g., EU - Africa, GCC - Africa, UK – Africa, etc).
    • Work with Compliance to ensure partner solutions meet regulatory requirements per jurisdiction, while aligning with the business-wide risk assessment.
    • Analyse payout speed, SLA reliability, FX markups, and partner operational metrics.

    Commercial & Relationship Management

    • Negotiate commercial and operational terms with partners.
    • Maintain quarterly business reviews with partners to track volumes, performance, and improvement actions.
    • Support co‑marketing and corridor activation activities with partners.

    Internal Collaboration

    • Work with Product development to define partner integration requirements and user experience impacts.
    • Work with Finance on settlement structures, reconciliation flows, and treasury implications.
    • Work with Legal on contracting, agent arrangements, and regulatory disclosures.

    Requirements

    • 2–4+ years in business development, partnerships, payments, fintech, or banking.
    • Strong understanding of cross‑border payments, remittances, IMTO models, EMI licensing, PSP infrastructure.
    • Able to negotiate commercial agreements and manage external stakeholders confidently.
    • Analytical mindset; ability to evaluate partner capabilities with structured frameworks.
    • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.

    Human Resources Manager

    Role Summary

    The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the Capital Sage Technology Group subsidiaries. The role will ensure consistent HR governance, workforce effectiveness, compliance, and talent management across all entities while aligning people strategy with business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    HR Leadership & Governance

    • Lead and manage HR operations across all assigned subsidiaries.
    • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and governance standards.
    • Serve as the primary HR authority for subsidiary leadership teams.
    • Drive workforce planning aligned with business growth and operational needs.

    Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

    • Own and manage recruitment across subsidiaries, ensuring quality hires and timely fulfilment.
    • Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
    • Maintain accurate workforce data, reporting, and HR analytics.

    Performance & Talent Management

    • Support the performance management cycles across all entities.
    • Drive accountability in goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
    • Identify talent gaps and coordinate learning or capability interventions.

    Employee Relations & Culture

    • Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
    • Promote a consistent employee experience and workplace culture across subsidiaries.
    • Provide coaching and HR guidance to business leaders.

    Systems & Process Optimisation

    • Ensure effective utilisation of HR systems across entities.
    • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting, and compliance.
    • Maintain HR documentation and audit readiness.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 7–10 years progressive HR experience, including HR leadership responsibility.
    • Experience managing HR across multiple business units or subsidiaries.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance.
    • CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification is an advantage.
