• Understanding of agency banking, merchant services, and relevant digital banking solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; a relevant professional certification or a Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Proven experience in the banking or financial services sector, preferably in a leadership role
• Proactive problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, advising on mortgage and financial services, and providing exceptional customer service. The Relationship Executive/Officer will also actively engage in business development activities and collaboration with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
