    Head Merchant Services & Agency Banking

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria, for the position of Head Merchant Services & Agency Banking.
    • This role entails spearheading the growth and management of merchant services and agency banking operations, formulating and implementing strategies to ensure business growth and profitability.
    • The role also includes managing relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing product development, monitoring market trends, ensuring efficient operations, and compliance with regulatory policies.

    Qualifications

    • Strong financial, banking, and strategic management skills, including market analysis and risk evaluation
    • Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy
    • Advanced leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
    • Understanding of agency banking, merchant services, and relevant digital banking solutions
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; a relevant professional certification or a Master’s degree is an added advantage
    • Proven experience in the banking or financial services sector, preferably in a leadership role
    • Proactive problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a results-driven mindset
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    Relationship Executive / Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Relationship Executive/Officer at Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, advising on mortgage and financial services, and providing exceptional customer service. The Relationship Executive/Officer will also actively engage in business development activities and collaboration with other teams to achieve organizational goals.

    Qualifications

    • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
