Job Summary

• The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the company’s agribusiness operations, including farm management, feed production, and processing.
• The role requires a results-oriented professional with strong agribusiness expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the farm, feed production, and processing units.
• Provide strategic direction to all departments and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Supervise department heads and ensure smooth coordination across functional areas.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and quality control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in commercial agriculture, including 3+ years in a senior management role.
• ⁠Proven experience managing large-scale farm or agro-allied operations.
• Strong understanding of agribusiness value chains, farm management, and supply chain systems.
• ⁠Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday - Saturday
• Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Salary
N500,000 Monthly (Negotiable).
