    Digital Marketer

    Location: Egbeda / Akowonjo, Lagos

    Job Description
    The Job description includes, but is not limited to the following:

    • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals.
    • Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, info graphics, videos, etc.
    • Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers on all social media platforms.
    • Establisha reputable online presenceand work to improve brand presence.
    • Maintain and manage all social media channels.
    • Develop a creative social media content calendar on a monthly or quarterly basis.
    • Find creative ways to maximize content across platforms and media types.
    • Reports social media performance of the company periodically.
    • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to drive sales on all social media platforms.
    • Suggest strategies and methods for improvement of marketing strategies.
    • Regularly track and get insights into competitors’ strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends in social media. 
    • Implementing a social media strategy that will align with the brand’s business goals.
    • Communicating and engaging with social media followers and responding to their queries on time.
    • Analyzes social media analytical tools to understand consumer impression and make recommendations for new strategies.
    • Interact with the various teams and departments, to help build impactful social media plans that benefit all facets of the business.
    • Pitch social-media story ideas to keep followers apprised of new developments with company’s products and events within the business.
    • Research audience preferences and discover current social media trends.
    • Writing of marketing copy to promote the company’s products/services.
    • Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, and blogs for the company.
    • Actively manage and promote the company’s website as well as updating company’s website content when needed.
    • Conducting keyword research using various tools and using search engine optimization (SEO) guidelines to increase web traffic.
    • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc graduates who have at least 4 years experience as Digital Marketer with vast knowledge in Content creation and Google adverts.
    • The preferred candidate must be Married Male / Female.

    Remuneration
    N150,000 - N250,000 monthly depending on years of expertise.

    Van Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are an FMCG group located in Ipaja, Lagos currently in need of a Van Sales Representative to cover and drive sales within the Island; V/Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Awoyaya, Lakowe, and environs.
    • The preferred candidates must be Male resident on the Island who has experience as field or van sales representatives in a food or beverage industry and be familiar with the markets in the area.
    • Applicants must have clean driving records with at least 5 years driving experience and be able to drive a Manual Bus with a valid driver’s license and LASDRI.

    Responsibilities
    The Job description includes, but is not limited to the following:

    • Sell all SKUs of the company across Markets, Supermarkets, Hotels, Canteens, retail outlets and customers within the Island.
    • To always sell within assigned selling route/territory daily with no cross-carpeting.
    • Achieve set sales target
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing customers and to drive secondary sales of all company’s products in the assigned area.
    • Prepares route plan & adhere to it strictly.
    • Responsible for all sales activities in the territory assigned and the achievement of sales growth in the sales territory.
    • Maintain a cordial relationship with customers within assigned territory and expanding the territory by identifying potential customers.
    • Must be accountable of all the stocks in his/her custody
    • Ensure products availability/visibility in the Markets / Supermarkets and retail outlets on the Island.
    • Report / Communicate all marketing and customers issues to his/her immediate manager promptly.
    • Report on competitors’ activities in the market
    • Ensure all brands / SKUs are loaded in van daily before going out.
    • Give feedback on sales trends by conducting market surveys.
    • Be involved in promotional activities through trade shows, event marketing and activation within the assigned area.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Maintain vehicle in proper condition and can provide credible guarantors for his/her employment.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification with a minimum of 3 years work experience.

    Driver

    Location: Ajah, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • We are an FMCG group located in Ipaja, Lagos currently in need of a sales driver to work in our Ajah Depot.
    • The preferred candidates must be Male between 30-40 years old, Married, possess a valid Driver's License and the Lagos state Driver's permit (LASDRI) resident in Ajah and environs.
    • He must haveat least 5 years’ experience driving buses, pickup vans and trucks with clean driving records.

    Responsibilities
    The job description includes but is not limited to the following:

    • Perform daily routine checks and clean all vehicles assigned to you.
    • Ensure careful driving of vehicles and obey all traffic laws
    • Report complaints on vehicles using the vehicle complaint form and notify the Admin Officer immediately.
    • Ensure the servicing of vehicles as scheduled.
    • Monitor and read the dashboard for maintenance sign
    • Ensure that vehicle documents are up to date and notify the Admin officer as soon as any of the documents is near expiry.
    • Any other function as may be assigned by the company necessary to the achievement of the company goals.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE / NECO / GCE / NCE / OND qualification with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
