    Project Manager, Real Estate

    Our client, a global investment management firm, is looking to hire a Project Manager (Real Estate) who is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects.

    This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, while coordinating multiple stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines technical project management expertise with strong financial awareness and stakeholder management skills.

    This role reports to the Managing Director (MD) 

    Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Development

    • Lead end-to-end project planning, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Conduct and coordinate feasibility studies covering technical, financial, and regulatory considerations.
    • Develop detailed project execution plans, including work breakdown structures and resource allocation.

    • Review and certify contractor valuations, invoices, and payment requests.
    • Manage variation orders and change requests, ensuring cost implications are properly assessed.

    Contractor & Vendor Management

    • Lead procurement processes including tendering, evaluation, and selection of contractors and vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables.
    • Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
    • Manage disputes, claims, and contractor-related issues effectively.
    • Ensure contractors adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

    • Conduct periodic performance reviews and enforce accountability.

    Risk Management & Compliance

    • Monitor health and safety practices on-site, ensuring adherence to policies.

    • Manage insurance requirements and claims where applicable.

    Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

    • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project reports covering progress, risks, and financials.
    • Provide real-time updates on project milestones, delays, and key issues.
    • Present project updates to senior management and investment committees.
    • Maintain clear and structured project documentation and communication records.
    • Align all stakeholders on project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
    • Escalate critical issues promptly and recommend solutions.

    Project Close-Out & Handover

    • Ensure all construction works are completed in line with approved designs and specifications.
    • Coordinate final inspections, snagging, and defect resolution.
    • Obtain all necessary completion certificates and regulatory approvals.
    • Oversee handover to asset management or operations teams, ensuring readiness for use or leasing.
    • Ensure all documentation, warranties, and manuals are properly transferred.
    • Conduct post-project evaluation to assess performance, costs, and lessons learned.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.

    Our client, a global investment management firm, is looking to hire an Associate Finance Operation who will provide hands-on execution support across core finance activities, including fund accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting processes, treasury operations, accounts payable/receivable, and statutory compliance.

    This role is expected to work fluidly across both fund and operational finance functions, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, data integrity, and financial control.

    Responsibilities
