Accountant at Nicole Sinclair Consulting

The Accountant will manage the end-to-end financial management of the company, including accounting, reporting, cash-flow control, invoicing, statutory compliance, and commercial financial support. The role requires accuracy, discipline, commercial awareness, and strict adherence to timelines, as well as proactive follow-up on receivables and obligations to ensure financial stability and profitability.

• Petty Cash & Expense Management
• Vendor & Instructor Payments
• Month-End & Management Reporting
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
• Pricing, Quotations & Commercial Support
• Tax Compliance & Statutory Obligations
• Audit, Controls & Compliance
• Documentation & Systems Management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or any other related field.
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience as an accountant or any other related capacity
• Professional certification is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and discipline with deadlines
• Commercial awareness and cash-flow sensitivity
• No conflicting engagements that impair performance
