    Industrial Chemical Sales Manager

    Our client is a leading provider of industrial chemicals and solutions for heavy industries, including oil & gas, mining, construction, and manufacturing. We\\\'re seeking an experienced Industrial Chemical Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

    The Industrial Chemical Sales Manager will lead our sales efforts, developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships in the heavy industry sector. 

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
    3. Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, operations, technical support) to develop tailored solutions.
    6. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
    7. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Qualification/Requirements

    1. HND/BSc/B.Eng. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
    2. Minimum of 10-15 Proven experience in industrial chemical sales, preferably in heavy industry.
    3. Strong technical knowledge of industrial chemicals and their applications.
    4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    5. Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
    6. Industry-specific certifications (e.g., NACE, API).
    7. Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
    8. Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and standards.

We seek a Technical Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the heavy industry sector.

    The Technical Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth in the heavy industry sector. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in heavy industries (e.g., oil & gas, mining, construction).
    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product development) to develop tailored solutions.

    • HND/BSc/MBA/B.Eng. in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or technical roles in heavy industry.
    • Strong technical knowledge of asset management, fluid handling, or chemical treatment solutions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Industry-specific certifications (e.g., API, OSHA).
    • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and standards.
