Our Client Provide Comprehensive Solutions to the Heavy Industry. We Cover Project Management, Asset Integrity, Fluids & Chemicals and Tools & Equipment solutions for heavy industries. We seek a Technical Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the heavy industry sector.

The Technical Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth in the heavy industry sector. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in heavy industries (e.g., oil & gas, mining, construction).
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product development) to develop tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to sales teams and customers.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform other duties assigned

Qualification/Requirements:

• HND/BSc/MBA/B.Eng. in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or technical roles in heavy industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of asset management, fluid handling, or chemical treatment solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Industry-specific certifications (e.g., API, OSHA).
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and standards.
