    Relationship Officer

    • Follows up on prospective client leads provided by Lancet’s New Business division in order to plan and make appointments with prospective clients.

    • Meets prospective new business clients to represent and sell Lancet services and benefit and expand Lancet market share in business occupational health sector.

    • Prepares pricing structure for new prospective clients and forwards company credit application documentation to New Business section for processing and registration on laboratory information system.

    • Provides necessary consumables to newly recruited company in accordance with relevant service level agreement entered into with such company.

    • Visits newly recruited and existing company client representatives to establish whether their service level requirements are met to ensure retention of company clients and continuous provision of information to such clients.

    • Handles and/ or refers service related queries from clients in order to meet service level agreement requirements.

    • Prepares and presents weekly and monthly business reports in the prescribed format to Marketing Director to ensure sharing of relevant and critical business information and analysis of trends/ implementation of corrective measures where relevant.

    Client Service Officer

    • Manage Collaborator – and LOTS (Lancet Operational Tool System).

    • Query resolution received on e-mail box and give feedback to client telephonically, to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Pricing of request forms and price guides this includes the foreign labs to ensure that Drs of all labs have parity in pricing.

    • Updating of Work Instructions with new operational client expectations, these changes are then reflected in SOPS and send to clients.

    • Stock control – order stock for clients and dispatch to ensure testing purposes

    • Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them aware of business developments and to seek feedback from them so that the company can effectively implement a programmes of continuous

      improvement.

    •  Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.

    • Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the company in the wider community.

    •  Represent the company at external events to promote the image of the association and to increase membership.

    • Customer/Client Relations

    •  Maintain an awareness of customer requirements and any complaints to identify any areas that may need development or improvement.

    Operation Executive

    • Provides day-to-day direction  laboratory and associated functions/ technical and administrative and support functions to fulfill organizational objectives, achieving specific goals, and maximizing profit and efficiency

    • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission --

    •  increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

    • Adheres to professional conduct requirements in line with organizational policy and relevant professional body ethical standards and governmental policies

    • Interpretation and presentation of management reports in order to monitor work and performance status as well as determine expenditure trends of the region and provide inputs into strategic planning of the organization.
