Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Floor Manager.
• The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, lead and manage the service team, and maintain the club's standards for quality, atmosphere, and member experience.
• This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless, personalized service for all members and guests while protecting the club's look, feel, and overall environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Experience leading customer-facing teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with members, guests, and staff
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Basic financial acumen - able to interpret sales reports and track performance.
• Skilled at building rapport with customers and handling feedback with professionalism.

Benefits

• Salary: N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
