Requirements

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of daily operations.
• Proven experience in multi-department management, ideally in hospitality, club, or service-based environments.
• Track record of successfully managing budgets, procurement, and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with members, guests, and staff.
• Skilled in fostering a professional, respectful, and high-performance work culture.
• Deep understanding of daily operational workflows, scheduling, staff deployment, and facility readiness workflows, scheduling, staff deployment, and facility readiness.
• Competence in event management and oversight of major functions.
• Knowlege of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease
• Ability to monitor budgets, track expenditures, and authorize operational purchases.
• Proficient in analyzing operational reports, identifying variances, and implementing corrective measures.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work proactively under pressure.
