Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Provide professional advice on property investments and real estate management.
• Prepare valuation reports and feasibility studies.
• Conduct property inspections and market research.
• Support property acquisition, leasing, and sales processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or related field.
• 4–5 years relevant experience in property valuation and estate management.
• Membership or registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., NIESV, ESVARBON) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Represent the firm in legal matters, negotiations, and dispute resolution where required.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal opinions to management.
• Manage litigation matters and liaise with external legal counsel where necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years post-call experience.
• Qualified Legal Practitioner with a valid practicing license.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
