    Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate & Property Sales)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Generate and convert property leads into sales
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Develop and execete sales and marketing strategies
    • Conduct property presentations and site inspections
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Real Estate Sales
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
    • Good knowledge of Abuja property market
    • Self-driven, professional, and result-oriented
