    Engineering - Oil & Gas Reliability Engineer III

    Main Functions

    • A Reliability Engineer identifies and manages asset reliability risk throughout the lifecycle of a product.
    • This is a strategic role that is involved in the planning, designing and developing of maintenance programs. Loss elimination, risk management, and lifecycle asset management are the 3 main areas of focus for most Reliability Engineers.
    • Reliability Engineers work extensively in plants and refineries, but can be found in other areas of the industry as well. Provide general reliability guidance and expertise.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, Level 3:

    • Serve as subject matter expert on the cause and effect methodology.
    • Facilitate and implement a production availability threats work process, and manage the threats database.
    • Collect, report, and analyze unit performance data.
    • Benchmark equipment performance against similar sites.
    • Identify opportunities to improve capacity utilization.
    • Identify key opportunity areas to mitigate potentially large reliability issues or to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure documentation of the facility’s threat/optimization list.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Engineering - Drilling Engineer / Specialist I

    Main Functions

    • Provide the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs.
    • Ensure well objectives are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs; responsibilities include:
      • Research and understand drill well hazards by reviewing historical offset well information
      • Utilize wellbore geologic and reservoir objectives to develop a well plan
      • Prepare cost estimates for well design options
      • Identify and organize equipment required to execute the drill well plan inclusive of material selection
      • Design wells to meet regulatory requirements
      • Prepare and analyze technical bids for goods and services −
      • Survey daily operations
    • Provide rig site drilling and completion surveillance and engineering assessments of critical activities
    • Provide surveillance and technical assistance for projects, equipment testing and new procedures • Interface with and solicit input from operations personnel to ensure well plans are feasible
    • Work closely with other functions, such as geology, reservoir and projects, to ensure that the program is based on all available information and meets well objectives
    • Depending on the program, deep water experience may be required (knowledge of subsea systems, riser analysis, subsea well control systems, etc.)

    Skills and Qualifications

    • B.Sc. Degree in Engineering or related technical field 
    • Experience in deep water drilling operations if filling a deep water drilling engineering position • Able to effectively organize and communicate thoughts
    • Experience with well design software as well as Microsoft applications
    • Read, write and speak fluent English
    • Industry experience with well planning and execution

    Engineering - Drilling Project OI Advisor III

    Main Functions

    • The Drilling Offshore Installation (OI) Project Advisor is responsible for supporting drilling operations regarding Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) issues.
    • The Advisor serves as a contact for SSHE issues related to Drilling Project-based activities, executing initiatives, developing and executing programs/plans, and responding to requests and questions from the drill team.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Provide Company SSHE representation for the project, in addition to rig sites and rig move and transport operations ensuring full communication of concerns, activities and initiatives
    • Develop and maintain site orientation/induction program
    • Develop programs, plans, initiatives, e.g. Operations SSHE Plan, Drill Team SSHE Leadership Forums, Site Stewardship Plans, Emergency Management Plan, etc.
    • Monitor contractor/service partner compliance with all Company Drilling SSHE requirements and specifically the Drill Team/Rig “Operations Safety Plan”, advising contractor/service partner and Operations Superintendents of SSHE issues
    • Conduct oi System (oi) Compliance audits
    • Provide support to rig sites/locations in the event of an incident with regards to reporting, advice on mitigation and prevention methods, etc.
    • Develop and maintain safety related training for contractor work crews
    • Facilitate regular SSHE inspection, assessments and audit on-site in accordance with established Company SSHE programs or as requested by the site team
    • Monitor the safety performance of the sites and report non-conformances
    • Monitor Company safety awareness, recognition and incentive programs
    • Review and coordinate site contractor’s SSHE plans
    • Participate as required in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents
    • Facilitate the Drill Team SSHE safety steering committees
    • Identify trends to develop programs and/or initiatives to promote an injury free work environment • Conduct rig inspections with Operations Superintendent and Rig Safety Advisor
    • Continually bring to the forefront of all employees, the Company Vision and how it can be achieved
    • Attend all Drill Team daily/weekly SSHE meetings
    • Relentlessly, aggressively, and proactively address any safety trends and/or safety issues that poses or could pose a risk to the workface

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Extensive knowledge of Drilling operations/processes and safety regulations
    • Bachelor’s degreeand/or previous experience in a closely related position

    Administrative - Controls Coordinator / Administrator II

    Main Functions

    • Coordinating compliance controls and integrity in the group, ensure implementation and administers, manages controls calendar, system access, less analytical more coordination and data management.
    • Activities: Reports on Business control KPIs, Irregularity logs, Key Activities related to Rep letters, Fixed Asset register and adhoc activities e.g. Awareness training, oi System (oi).
    • Reports to Project Controls Advisor.
    • Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

    • Promoting Controls Intergrity (CI) & Controls and support to raise staff control awareness

    • Ensuring controls catalogs are documented/updated and approved as required by Business Manager
    • Supports ongoing controls activities (Audits – UIA Planning and coordination, Representation Letter Coordination, Controls Training for staff and maintaining training register, End User Computing Risk Assessments, Access Reviews)
    • Update & file Delegation Of Authority Guide (DOAG), FCPA’s, MOC’s, Job Handover checklists
    • Responsible for coordinating Management and Protection of Information (MPI) Monthly Inspection & Reporting
    • Preparing/coordinating the development of controls documentation
    • Prepare monthly oi updates
    • Monthly reporting of KPI Scorecards for oi & CI
    • Provide awareness of Tools in developing oi System 10-1 for system practitioners
    • Oversee the management of the central External Meetings Register and reporting process
    • Departmental Records Contact: Serve as Department/Business Unit Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the respective Local IMS group

    • Organize and Departmental Shared Drive folders and allocate retention codes according to Records Retention Schedule
    • Shared folder structuring/organizing/maintenance, installing and removal of access
    • Organize filing/records clean up days – include on Controls Calendar
    • Focal point for all documentation and review processes for Departmental owned contracts. Monitors Quality performance and adherence to contract Terms & Conditions
    • Administer contracts by monitoring Purchase Order/Agreement end dates and expenditures.

    Engineering - Materials Lead III

    Main Functions

    • The Materials Lead manages and expedites flow of materials, equipment, parts, and assemblies between internal and external departments and sites, according to delivery and shipping schedules and project priorities, and compiles and maintains computerized records.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

    • Oversees and ensures the compilation and maintenance manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, delivery, shipping and storage reports, and status and location of materials.
    • Monitor and oversee the transport of materials from one department to another.
    • Manages and ensures arrangement for repair and/or assembly of company-provided materials, equipment or parts.
    • Any additional activities as directed by the Project Manager and Site Manager required to support delivery.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree required
    • Experience in materials management preferred
    • General knowledge of industry equipment and materials with ability to positively identify components.
    • Extensive knowledge of SAP material catalogs and search tools
