Senior Legal Counsel / Senior Lawyer at Amy Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Represent the firm in legal matters, negotiations, and dispute resolution where required.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal opinions to management.
• Manage litigation matters and liaise with external legal counsel where necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years post-call experience.
• Qualified Legal Practitioner with a valid practicing license.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
