General Counsel / Head of Legal

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Legal and Regulatory
- The successful candidate will lead all legal, governance, and transactional structuring activities across investment banking, mining finance, structured transactions, commodity trading, SPVs, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years post-call experience
- Strong background in project finance, investment banking, energy, infrastructure, mining, or international transactions
- Experience drafting complex commercial agreements and structured finance documentation
- Excellent negotiation and regulatory engagement skills
- Experience as an SEC-registered individual is an advantage
