Report To: Team Lead     

Location: Apo, Abuja     

Salary:   N 50,000    

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel when required.
• Support the company in dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Maintain and manage legal records and documentation.
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Provide legal support to internal departments on business-related matters.

Requirement

• LL.B degree from a recognized institution.
• Called to the Nigerian Bar and in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and commercial laws.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
