    E-commerce Operations Officer

    BrandCo, a subsidiary of L.A.T.C, is a retail company based in Lagos, Nigeria. Our core focus is to identify high-street brands that appeal to the urban African consumer and offer these through world-class retail experiences, both online and in-store. The Company is currently licensed to sell Adidas, Skechers, and Havaianas in Nigeria and other parts of West Africa.

    Having stores in several locations across West Africa and an e-commerce expression “bCODE”, BrandCo keeps redefining the narrative of the wellness, athleisure, and fashion industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the daily point of contact for e-commerce customer related queries; answering the phone and email enquiries, responding to chats, and resolving complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Manage the processing of online order to order fulfilment, including returns and exchange and logistics.
    • Initiate stock transfer requests between stores using 3rd party logistics companies.
    • Interface with the Buying & Merchandising Team to identify available products e.g. high-volume products or low selling products to promote sales.
    • Monitor Wallet Levels with 3rd party logistics companies and request reports where necessary.
    • Report on sales and analyse best-selling products, colours and sizes, forecast accordingly and make replenishment recommendations.
    • Provide all necessary information to customers on the use of the Company’s current and upcoming products
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
    • Liaise with other departments when required to escalate and resolve customer related issues
    • Conduct customer analytics and share insights with the Marketing & Buying Team on potential opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Sales/Marketing or any related field.
    • 1-2 years related experience in a structured business environment.
    • Working knowledge and experience of E-commerce platform e.g Shopify.
    • Goal-oriented, service-oriented and customer-centric.
    • Strong communication skills in English language, both written and spoken.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
    • Ability to pay attention to minute details.

    IT Manager

    Industry: Retail

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and align IT infrastructure strategy and architecture with current and future business requirements and objectives. 
    • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Manage business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
    • Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
    • Oversee the implementation and management of ERP and cloud service deployment.
    • Manage IT projects and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of the project.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers. 
    • Facilitate IT security audits or system audits of technologies deployed across our stores and offices.
    • Implement company-wide information security procedures and evaluate business risks associated with critical IT Operations.
    • Preserve company IT assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, information security and control structures.

    Requirements & Qualification:

    • Minimum of 6 years working experience in IT Management.
    • Preferably certified in Project Management.
    • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
    • Solid knowledge of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
    • Expertise in data centre management, master data management and data governance.
    • Strong knowledge of the IT best practices in the retail industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.

    Retail Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager

    Location: Surulere, Lagos

    Industry: Retail

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the store's daily operations.
    • Responsible for the presentation of the store, sales floor, products, signage and displays. 
    • Ensure that BrandCo’s policies, procedures and controls are followed. 
    • Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards in line with brand standards.
    • Train, motivate, encourage, and provide constructive guidance to their teams to achieve effective operations. 
    • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
    • Drive sales and team performance in meeting monthly sales targets.
    • Ensure that stores are always properly merchandized.
    • Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable.
    • Ensure that stock control is within BrandCo guidelines. 
    • Responsible for ensuring that customer service guidelines and initiatives are in place. 
    • Ensure compliance in all areas of customer service, store operations and loss prevention. 
    • Report on buying trends, customer needs and preference.
    • Deal with customer complaints and grievances or refer them to the Area manager promptly. 

    Requirements & Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree and MSc. in Business Management/Administration/Marketing or any related field. 
    • Minimum of 3 years related experience in a structured retail environment. 
    • Excellent people and managerial skills
    • Strong drive, confidence, and enthusiasm 
    • Goal-oriented and commercially aware
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
