    Digital Advertising Specialist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the daily launch and optimization of related platforms such as Facebook/Google.
    • Maintain its FB account, update and manage fan page comments, and adjust promotion and product details accordingly.
    • Real-time monitoring of advertising data, data analysis and summary of channels and advertising creative performance, continuous optimization of promotional effects, and data support for new marketing plans;
    • Regularly output delivery data and user analysis data reports; set appropriate budgets and bids, test new products, and be responsible for your own products and delivery-judging whether to increase the budget or give up the product based on the performance data of the advertisement.
    • Pay attention to the changes of Facebook ads, test new types of ads and output reports.
    • Maintain and update the website, increase product sales, update and promote new products.
    • Can better edit and promote copywriting.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Result-driven mindset.
    • Strategic expertise on multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
    • Writing and proofreading skills (creative copy, emails, etc.).
    • Positive working attitude, good at mining network resources actively.
    • Have more than half a year of relevant experience, have certain data analysis ability, and have flexible thinking

    Call Center Agent

    Responsibilities

    • Manages recovery of overdue loan.
    • Contacting customers daily/weekly and informing them of their overdue loans.
    • Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date
    • Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
    • Thoroughly understands assigned portfolio and product.
    • Responding to customer queries and escalating accordingly.
    • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
    • Reporting accurate customers feedback daily/weekly.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
    • Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
    • Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
    • Agile, Teachable and willing to learn.
    • Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and strong Listening skills.
    • Persuasive, sales / marketing and analytical skills will bean added advantage.
    • Must have Android Phone.
