    Chief Operating Officer (COO) – FMCG

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations including production, supply chain, distribution, and administration, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and consistent product availability.

    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5–8 years of experience in operations, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
    • Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and distribution systems.
    • Proven experience managing large teams and multi-department operations.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics coordination.
    • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong financial and commercial awareness with experience in cost control.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand FMCG environment.

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing survey teams, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of survey data, and providing strategic direction on land, property, and geospatial matters.

    • Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities including land, cadastral, engineering, and construction surveys.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in surveying, Geomatics, Geoinformatics, or a related field.
    • 6–10 years of progressive experience in surveying, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Professional certification or registration with relevant bodies (e.g., SURCON) is highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of land laws, cadastral systems, and surveying regulations in Nigeria.
    • Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Levels) and software (AutoCAD, GIS tools).
    • Demonstrated experience in managing complex survey projects and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
