    Accouns Intern

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Accounts Intern to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in accounting or finance and offers hands-on experience in daily financial operations.

    Executive Housekeeper

    Job Overview:

    The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
    • Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and schedules.
    • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment, and coordinate timely replenishment.
    • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
    • Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services promptly.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
    • Familiarity with safety and hygiene regulations.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
