Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our construction and real estate projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities and laborers to ensure work is completed on time.
• Manage the movement and storage of materials and site equipment.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide daily site updates with pictures/videos and weekly reports.
• Assist with reconciliation and retirement of company funds.
• Support inventory management and accountability of company assets.
• Perform other site administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates, prospective corps members, and candidates awaiting NYSC are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site and supervise daily activities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be responsible, trustworthy, and willing to learn.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent, trustworthy, and hardworking individual to fill the position of Cleaner.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of office premises.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Dust furniture, equipment, and office fixtures.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and damages promptly.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Previous cleaning experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Honest, reliable, and physically fit.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
