    Brand Manager

    We are looking for a commercially sharp and creatively driven Brand Manager to join the Givanas Cosmetics team.

    This is a role for someone who lives and breathes brand, someone with strong FMCG roots who understands that great brand management is equal parts strategy, storytelling, and execution.

    What You\'ll Be Doing

    • Own and drive the brand strategy across all channels
    • Lead 360° marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
    • Manage brand identity, tone, and positioning consistently
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to spot opportunities
    • Collaborate with sales on trade marketing and activations
    • Own the brand P&L budgets, ROI, and performance reporting
    • Work cross-functionally with product, creative, and commercial teams

    What We\'re Looking For

    • 4–5 years minimum in brand management with a solid FMCG background
    • Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or personal care is a strong advantage
    • Deep understanding of the Nigerian consumer market
    • Strong analytical and creative thinking you\'re comfortable with both
    • BSc in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus

    Sales Admin

    Job Summary:

    The Sales Administrator at Vendara supports the sales team in managing FMCG distribution operations. The role focuses on order processing, client account management, sales reporting, and coordination between logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations, timely product delivery, and strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, process, and track orders for FMCG products accurately and efficiently, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Maintain and update records for distributors, wholesalers, and retail clients; respond to inquiries and support account management.
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating sales activities.
    • Prepare and issue sales invoices, delivery notes, and supporting documentation.
    • Track and follow up on outstanding orders, returns, and customer complaints, escalating where necessary.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in FMCG distribution or retail.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or distribution management software.
    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

    Sales Data Analyst

    Job Summary:

    The Sales Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the ongoing management of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system across six strategic markets in Lagos. The role is responsible for generating, analysing, and validating sales performance reports, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking system adoption across the sales team. This role enables real-time, data-driven decision-making to drive commercial performance across Vendara\'s distribution network.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports using SFA and other data sources.
    • Track SFA system usage and compliance across all field sales staff.
    • Cross-validate automated SFA reports with manual reports during system transition periods.
    • Identify and escalate data inconsistencies or gaps to relevant stakeholders promptly.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Provide first-line support to sales staff on SFA usage and escalate technical issues where needed.
    • Assist in the analysis of sales KPIs and preparation of business review decks for management.
    • Manage structured monthly feedback sessions to capture SFA user experience and improvement opportunities.
    • Collaborate with finance, logistics, and commercial teams to deliver integrated sales analysis.
    • Ensure confidentiality, consistency, and accuracy across all sales data reporting processes.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in sales reporting, sales operations, or commercial analysis; FMCG experience is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including dashboarding.
    • Experience with Sales Force Automation tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
    • Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and reporting consistency.

    Job Summary

    The Cost Accountant is responsible for analyzing, tracking, and controlling production costs within the food factory. The role supports accurate cost allocation, pricing decisions, and financial insights that drive efficiency and profitability across manufacturing operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and analyze raw material, labor, and overhead costs; prepare variance reports (actual vs. standard)
    • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; ensure proper cost allocation across production lines
    • Support annual budgeting and production forecasting; recommend cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
