    Business Development Executive

    About the Role:

    • We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Business Development Executive to drive and support sales of our enterprise legal technology solutions. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities with corporate, institutional, and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is confident with solution-based selling, understands long sales cycles, and can engage decision-makers effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities and markets.
    • Lead and manage a team.
    • Drive B2B and the sale of enterprise legal technology solutions to corporate and institutional clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to improve retention and long-term value.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
    • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales planning and positioning.
    • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales (legal/tech industry preferred).
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, particularly in enterprise environments.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel when required.
    • Strong interest in legal technology and digital innovation.

    Client Account Manager

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a seasoned Client Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with clients across Abuja, Kano, and Jos, and the broader Northern Region. This strategic role combines account management, client relationship leadership, and revenue growth. You will serve as the key liaison between the company and our legal and corporate clients, oversee key accounts, and ensure the region meets its revenue targets. The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and skilled at balancing relationship management with revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention
    • Follow up on client renewals, payments, and subscription cycles to drive revenue growth
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts in your region
    • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to users
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts
    • Work closely with internal teams (sales, support, product) to address client feedback and issues
    • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Track and report on account performance, revenue metrics, and client satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of account management experience, preferably in legal tech, SaaS, or related industries
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
    • Previous experience in client relationship management, customer success, or B2B account management
    • Familiarity with legal industry practices or SaaS products is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
    • Must be a resident in or have strong familiarity with Kano State and the Northern Region
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong business acumen and revenue-driven mindset
