    Behavioral Rewards Specialist

    Role Overview

    • The Behavioral Rewards Specialist will design, test, and integrate evidence-based behavioral reward mechanisms into mDoc’s digital health products to increase user engagement, sustained utilization, and positive health behaviors. The role focuses on applying behavioral science principles, such as incentives, nudges, feedback loops, and social reinforcement, within digital platforms to support maternal and chronic care outcomes.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience applying behavioral science to digital products, health programs, or consumer engagement platforms.
    • Demonstrated experience designing incentive or reward systems (digital nudges, gamification, loyalty programs, or behavior-change interventions).
    • Strong understanding of engagement analytics, experimentation methods, and behavior measurement.
    • Experience working in digital health, global health, or low-resource settings is preferred.
    • Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Public Health, Health Economics, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
    • Experience working with AI-enabled coaching, mobile health (mHealth), or remote monitoring platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate research into product-ready solutions.

    Facility Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of project activities within assigned health facilities.
    • The role involves supervising field teams, ensuring accurate clinical data collection, supporting digital health tools usage, and ensuring adherence to project protocols, particularly in maternal health monitoring, including preeclampsia and other pregnancy-related conditions.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) preferably in health sciences, biological sciences, or related disciplines.
    • Added certifications are helpful

    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good technical and digital literacy, including Excel and basic data tools.
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use digital health platforms.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
    • Ability to supervise teams and work collaboratively.
    • Willingness to learn and apply maternal health knowledge.
