Business Development Executive at Nazera Integrated Services Ltd

We are currently hiring Business Development / Field Executives to join our logistics operations across two hubs:

 Island Hub: Lekki / Ajah Axis
 Mainland Hub: Badagry / Agbara / Ojo / Festac & Environs

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will work in the field directly with a dispatch rider, responsible for generating delivery requests and onboarding clients for logistics services.

This is a strictly field-based, target-driven role (not an office job).

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and onboard clients needing delivery services
• Conduct daily field visits to businesses (restaurants, pharmacies, shops, vendors, etc.)
• Work closely with dispatch riders to ensure daily delivery flow
• Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Meet assigned daily and monthly targets

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
• Commission on revenue generated
• Performance-based bonuses

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be comfortable with daily field movement
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Sales or marketing experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
• Must reside within assigned hub locations
