    Auditor

    Key Responsibilities
    Accounting Functions:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
    • Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions are remitted promptly.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Reconcile bank statements and hospital accounts.
    • Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure cost control.
    • Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

    Internal Audit Functions:

    • Conduct periodic internal audits of financial and operational processes.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems.
    • Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Investigate suspected fraud, financial mismanagement, or irregularities.
    • Prepare audit reports and present findings to Management.
    • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.

    Professional Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN) or part qualification is an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws
    • Minimum of 2–5 years relevant experience in accounting and/or internal auditing
    • Experience in a healthcare institution is an added advantage
    • Experience with financial reporting and internal control systems.

    Pharmacist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing professional guidance on the safe use of prescriptions, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, and supporting quality patient care within the hospital.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently
    • Review prescriptions to ensure legality, appropriateness, and correct dosage
    • Provide patients with information on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and storage
    • Monitor patients’ drug therapies and advise on possible drug interactions
    • Maintain proper records of controlled substances and pharmaceutical stock

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lab Technician to support laboratory operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses following established procedures

    Registered Midwives

    Job Description

    • St. Dominic Catholic Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Midwife to join our maternal and child healthcare team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to mothers and newborns while ensuring adherence to professional standards and hospital policies.
    • The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong clinical competence, empathy, and a commitment to promoting maternal and newborn health.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive antenatal, labour, and postnatal care to expectant and new mothers.
    • Monitor the progress of labour and assist in safe delivery of babies.
    • Assess the health condition of both mother and newborn before, during, and after delivery.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
    • Assist doctors during obstetric procedures when required.
    • Provide counselling and education to mothers on breastfeeding, newborn care, family planning, and maternal health.
    • Monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
    • Identify complications and promptly escalate to the appropriate medical personnel.
    • Maintain hygiene and infection prevention standards within the maternity unit.

    Education & Professional Requirements

    • Registered Midwife (RM) qualification from a recognized institution

    • Experience working in a hospital maternity unit will be an added advantage
