    Account Manager / Cashier

    Job Purpose

    • We are looking for an Accountant to join and support our daily office procedures at Adia Hospital.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Managing all accounting operations
    • Reconciling bank statements and monthly financial reports
    • Preparing monthly staff payroll and ensuring payment of salaries as at when due
    • Documenting all financial transactions by entering account information
    • Suggesting ways to reduce cost, enhance revenue and improve profit
    • Preparing, publishing and circulating timely monthly financial statements.
    • Managing and ensuring compliance with local, state and Federal Government reporting requirements and tax filings.
    • Improving businesses efficiency where money is concerned
    • Analyzing financial records to check for inconsistencies and errors
    • Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
    • Balancing bank accounts, recording forms of income and verifying deposits and other transactions

    Qualifications

    • Accounting or Finance Degree.
    • Previous experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
    • Ability to remain confidential.
    • Additional certification is a bonus.
    • Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies.

    Job Purpose

    • As a Business Development Manager at Adia Hospital, you will be responsible for driving business growth, and duties vary on a day-to-day basis.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
    • Preparing financial projections and sales targets
    • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
    • Producing reports for management

    Job Purpose

    • We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join and support our daily office procedures at Adia Hospital.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

    • We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who can help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns

    Job Responsibilities

    • Create engaging content for the brand audience
    • Creating content that meets business objectives, like raising awareness, engaging audiences, and driving conversions.
    • Knowledge on know how to use social media outlets to increase brand awareness.
    • Work closely with the team to deliver content that brings to life the brand, its values and key campaigns
