We are currently recruiting aggressive, self-motivated, and result-oriented Remote Savings & Credit Officers to join our field operations team.
Core Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Savings & Credit Officer, you will work directly in the field to grow the company's customer network.
Your duties include:
- Market Storming: Identify and onboard petty traders, artisans, and small business owners within your assigned territory.
- Savings Mobilization: Educate customers on the benefits of financial discipline and encourage them to save consistently for a mandatory 3-month period to qualify for business loans.
- Credit Assessment: Evaluate customers during their 3-month savings lifecycle to verify their business locations and determine creditworthiness for loans ranging from ₦50,000 to ₦1,000,000.
- Loan Recovery & Collection: Conduct field visits to ensure a 100% timely repayment rate on all active loans within your portfolio.
- Daily Digital Reporting: Submit daily field updates, including live pictures and GPS-tagged location check-ins from customer shops.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline. (Smart SSCE holders with proven sales experience in microfinance will be considered).Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer, Field Marketer, or Savings Mobilizer in a Microfinance Bank, Fintech, or cooperative society is an added advantage.
- Tools: Must possess an Android Smartphone with a functional camera and a strong internet connection.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and debt recovery skills. Ability to work independently with zero supervision.
- Integrity: Highly honest, disciplined, and familiar with the local geography of the assigned area.
Compensation & Benefits Structure
We operate a transparent, high-reward, KPI-based payment system that heavily rewards hard work. Lazy staff who expect to sit at home and receive free money need not apply.
- Fixed Base Salary: ₦50,000 monthly guaranteed (All-inclusive allowance covering your basic remuneration, field transport, data, and call credit).
- Variable KPI Bonus Pool: Up to ₦50,000 monthly extra based on meeting your monthly targets (Savings mobilized, loan collection rates, and portfolio quality).
- Total Earning Potential: ₦100,000+ per month for meeting targets, with room for higher commission accelerators for over-performance.
